Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients

– 2 Vanilla beans
– 200g Sugar
– 1 Lemon
– 1 Lime
– 200 gm Justavo’s Avocado Pulp
– 500 ml Milk

Directions

  1. Remove the vanilla seeds from the beans and mix them with the sugar, the lemon and lime zest, the lemon and the lime juice, and the same vanilla beans.
  2. In a skillet bring the mixture of the ingredients to a boil and then lower the temperature for a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves and a syrup forms..
  3. Remove the syrup from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes; Once cold, remove the vanilla beans.
  4. Blend the Justavo’s Avocado Pulp with the milk and the syrup.
  5. Add the mixture to the ice cream maker and process until it is smooth and creamy. In case you don’t have an ice cream machine, pour the mixture into a baking tray and take to the freezer; then mix every half hour until it freezes to a smooth consistency.
