Avocado Vinaigrette

Ingredients

– 300g Justavo’s Avocado Pulp
– 1 Lemon
– 1 cup Mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup Sour Cream
– 1/2 teaspoon English sauce
– 1/3 cup diced Onion
– 2 Garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon Salt
– 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

Directions

  1. Blend everything in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy consistency.
