Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
– 1/2 cup Agave Honey
– 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (without sweet)
– 1/3 cup Almond Milk
– 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
– 1/4 tablespoon Salt
– Raspberries for decoration
– 500g Justavo’s Avocado Pulp

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler and let stand.
  2. Once cold, mix the chocolate with the rest of the ingredients (except the raspberries) and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve in the containers you want to present and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. At the time of serving, decorate with raspberries.
